I encourage you to read it, and not only because Lauren Kane (COO of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bioonepublishing.org\/\">BioOne<\/a><sup>1<\/sup>) is a co-author of one of the chapters. Here how the report is described on its Figshare page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">This report explores the role of women in STEM and the challenges they face, looking at areas of gender inequality, exploring potential causes of this inequality and offering solutions.
