This wiki is a place where members of Kent Holsinger's lab at the University of Connecticut [1] describe their research projects, record protocols (DNA extraction, AFLP & microsatellite analysis, methods for crossing experiments and pollinator observation, etc.), provide links to software, and generally record things that may be useful to other people in the lab. We hope that you may find some of the stuff here useful to.
