If anyone reading this is interested, I've just posted my notes from the 2007 edition of the Summer Institute in Statistical Genetics. Please let me know if you find any errors, so that I can fix them for next year.

Thanks for sharing the document. I didn't read the whole thing, but I noticed a typo p.58: "frequenices" (top of the slide). As you see, that's a really minor detail...
