Drift and Mutation
Instructions
- Select a population size (default: N = 100)
- Select a mutation rate (default: Mu = 0.001)
- Push "Iterate" to iterate for ten generations. (You may push this
repeatedly to follow the results.)
How to interpret the graph
The horizontal axis shows the population allele frequency. It is
divided into ten intervals (0-0.1, 0.1-0.2, etc.). The height of each
bar corresponds to the number of populations with an allele frequency
in that interval.
