4. Lots of essays on reserve at the Library, available both on Electronic Course Reserve and in hard copy.  Many of those readings are available in a Course Pack developed for a course last semester which is on sale at the bookstore . Readings in the course pack will be designated “CP”.
   

It is important that you keep up with assigned readings. Ideally you should read each assignment before the lecture, and then again after the lecture. Read carefully and reflectively. Come to class with any questions you have on the readings.
