Hickory

Documentation

The documentation for Hickory is less rudimentary than it used to be, but it is not complete. It is included in the software distribution, so there is no need to download it separately. We are providing it here so that those who are interested can take a look at the documentation before downloading. We may also develop a list of frequently asked questions (including answers) if there is enough interest and we have enough time.

Hickory.pdf -- Documentation in Adobe Portable Document format

Hickory.tex -- Documentation in the original LaTeX format

dominant.png -- Portable Network Graphics figure showing posterior plots and traces available within Hickory (needed for processing Hickory.tex)
