First set of notes on molecular evolution posted

I've posted the first set of notes on molecular evolution. Before we start with them, we'll finish off a couple of things with QTL Cartographer that you need to know. As a result, we probably won't get to the Jukes-Cantor model for nucleotide sequence evolution, but we'll get there first thing on Wednesday if we don't.

By the way, I expect to have Project #2 posted by sometime tomorrow. It turns out that the data set I found isn't quite as easy to work with as I'd hoped it would be. I'm working with it and will have something that behaves well for you to work with by some time tomorrow.
