Mutation, migration, and drift

Notes on mutation, migration, and drift are now available. You'll note that I've revised the lecture schedule in two ways:

1. I've dropped the lecture on estimating migration rates, which is too bad, but something had to give.


2. Paul Lewis has agreed to give a lecture (two if necessary) after spring break on basic principles of Bayesian inference. I'll say more about this tomorrow.
