Nested clade analysis

I've posted the notes for nested clade analysis. As noted in the detail page for tomorrow's lecture, I don't think we'll finish everything in these notes tomorrow. I expect to spend more time on it on Friday. As a result, I will barely be able to say the words "statistical phylogeography."
