Project #3

I've posted Project #3.You'll be please to know that you don't have to fight with any software for this project. All you have to do is to read a few papers and apply what you know to a critical analysis of them. Easy, right?

By the way, we'll be focusing almost entirely on AMOVA on Monday. Depending on how things go, I may decide to drop the last lecture on phylogeny reconstruction and focus on phylogeography instead. Let me know if you have strong preferences one way or the other.
