Problem #4 -- relax for a while

I was double checking some things this morning, and I've found a problem with the simulated data that I posted. You're welcome to play around with the code if you want, but don't spend a lot of time on it until I fix the problem.

By the way, I've decided that I'll post the code that includes (a) changes in the numbers necessary to deal with the data I supply and (b) the regression analysis. All you'll need to add is the code to infer V_a, V_d, and V_e and interpret the results.
