Quantitative genetics: cautions on genomic prediction
I've now updated the notes for this lecture. You'll see that although genomic prediction and polygenic scores hold a lot of promise, there are also things to be very careful of. Warning: You'll also see a very pleased look on my face as we get to the last piece of today's lecture, not because it's the end of my last lecture for the semester (this has been a great class, and I'll miss all of you) but because I get to tell you about some newfound relevance of work I did 30 years ago.
