Analyzing the genetic structure of populations: Bayesian F-statistics

Last time we described Weir & Cockerham's approach to estimating F-statistics. Today we'll explore a Bayesian approach to doing the same thing. The good news for you is that you won't have to write any of the JAGS code needed for estimation. I'll give you what you need. As usual, I'll do my best to focus on the biological meaning of the estimates we make, not on the mathematics behind them. But seeing the math at least once is important in understanding how to use the estimates appopriately.
