- If you were asked by the National Marine Fisheries
Service4 to define appropriate ESUs for conservation action in this
group, what would you pick as your ESUs?
- Given that all sea turtles are recognized as either threatened
or endangered under the Endangered Species Act, does it make a
difference for conservation purposes whether or not the black sea
turtle is regarded as an ESU?5
- How would you deal with the problem of discordance between
morphological and molecular data that seems to
exist [1,3]? Did Grady and
Quattro provide advice that you'd be willing to follow?
- Did you find the Shrader-Frechette and
McCoy [4] ``two-stage'' ethical
analysis helpful? Why or why not? How would you suggest dealing with
these ethical issues?
