Library resources in evolutionary biology. Meet in LIC 2 (level 2, across from the stairs and elevator in Homer Babbidge Library) at 3:00PM. Carolyn Mills, Biology librarian, will show how to use the resources of the library to find references for your paper.

Short paper assignment due

Meet with instructor to discuss revision of short paper and term paper topics. Choose at least two topics and bring a sample reference or two to your meeting.

Revision of short paper due.

Short paper returned

Turn in the following items:

1. An outline of your paper.

2. The first draft of your introduction, which should consist of a minimum of two paragraphs.

3. A list of at least 5 references that you plan to use. They should be listed in the proper format for a Literature Cited section.

Meet with instructor to discuss comments on outline and references.

Turn in a complete draft of the term paper, including complete citations for all works that you consulted.

Comments on term paper returned.

Meet with instructor to discuss comments on term paper draft.

Final version of the paper is due by 5:00PM. We cannot promise to finish grading papers received after the deadline. We will be happy to accept papers before the deadline.
